French fries has a long story in France. Born under a parisian bridge during the french revolution in 1789, they became a important part of our cuisine. Would you like to learn the secret of these delicious, crispy and golden fries. We will talk about variety of potatoes, shapes, oil and cooking way with my personal tips … And, of course, sauces !! Light mayonnaise or beetroot ketchup, french fries are never eaten alone. We will also learn to prepare them … to taste them!

Apprenez le secret des délicieuses frites, croustillantes et dorées comme il faut. Nous parlerons variété de pommes de terre, découpes, huile, cuisson… Et sauces. Mayonnaise légère ou ketchup de Betterave, les frites ne se mangent jamais seules.  Nous apprendrons aussi à les préparer… pour les déguster ! Boissons et petites entrées comprises.
